One of our customers favorite steaks, this cut is tender, full bodied and excellent grilled even without marinade. Cut from the loin, these steaks are the boneless part of a porterhouse steak. Smaller steaks offered between three-fourths to 1 inch thick; larger steaks cut to a 1.5 inch thick minimum. These are always in short supply due to high demand and small numbers per beef. Sold and listed 2 steaks per package.
