This steak is cut from the rear back portion of the animal, continuing off the short loin from which T-bone, porterhouse, and club steaks are cut. This family-sized steak offers lean, well-flavored and moderately tender beef at an affordable every day price. Convenient and a great value with no bones and little fat. Versatile, juicy and delicious. Our Grass-Fed Sirloin Steaks are cut 1 1/4” thick and weigh between .6 and 1.4 lbs. Package include two steaks.
